Each\r\nepisode explores a specific location, including the Los Angeles River, Diablo\r\nCanyon Nuclear Power Plant, Joshua Tree National Park, and the Mojave\r\nDesert. The series' soundtrack, composed by Elori Saxl, underscores the\r\nemotional narratives of these places, emphasizing the interplay between\r\nhumans and nature and the impact of human-constructed environments.\r\nDrawing inspiration from artists like Alice Coltrane and Hiroshi Yoshimura,\r\nSaxl craed the music using digitally manipulated recordings of water and\r\nwind, analog synthesizers, MIDI samples, and processed woodwinds\r\nperformed by Stuart Bogie (clarinet, bass clarinet, flute). This unique blend of\r\nsounds evokes the musical heritage of Los Angeles and the overall ambiance\r\nof wind, sun, and Southern California culture. The music loosely references\r\nthe psychedelic and dreamlike sounds oen associated with Los Angeles'\r\npast and present. However, it incorporates a modern twist, blending real and\r\nsynthetic elements to reflect the contemporary and increasingly palpable\r\nsense of precariousness surrounding the human-built landscape throughout\r\nLos Angeles and it's neighboring regions.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Alliance Entertainment","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":63591258063178,"sku":"1843563177037","price":9.1,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1066\/3162\/7082\/files\/4374115-3264075.jpg?v=1789722394","url":"https:\/\/1ff90w-hd.myshopify.com\/products\/elori-saxl-earth-focus-vinyl","provider":"My Store 2","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
